DMTF’s Redfish Forum held a live webinar on Thursday, August 15th.  Presented by the chairs of the Redfish Forum and hosted on Zoom, this webinar covered the contents of the 2024.1 and 2024.2 releases.

Key highlights of the Redfish 2024.1 release are the addition of ResetMetrics to PortMetrics, NetworkAdapterMetrics, and NetworkDeviceFunctionMetrics schemas.

Key highlights of the Redfish 2024.2 release are the additions of TargetConfigurationLockLevel support, NVMe, and BlockSecurityIDEnabled to Drive, and TargetConfigurationLockLevel support and SetControllerPassword to Storage.

These latest enhancements are driven by the growth of Redfish and interoperability feedback received from implementers.
