DMTF VP of Alliances to Speak at China Cloud Computing Conference

DMTF Vice President of Alliances John Leung (Intel) will speak at the International Cloud Computing Standardization Forum on May 17, providing an update on DMTF’s cloud standardization efforts as part of the 8th China Cloud Computing Conference (CCCC) in Beijing.
Hosted by the DMTF China Chapter, the International Cloud Computing Standardization Forum aims to introduce global cloud computing standardization achievements and future trends to the Chinese IT industry and its customers.
Also representing the DMTF are Vice President of Regional Chapters Yinghua Qin (Dell), China Chapter Marketing Chair Dr. Wei Ding (Oracle), Forum Vice-Chair and China Chapter Chair Zhou Ping (China Electronics Standardization Institute (CESI)) and China Chapter Vice Chair Gao Wei (China Communications Standards Association).
China Chapter member Lance Zhoa (HPE) organized this year’s Forum. Other DMTF China Chapter member companies participating in the Forum include – CESI, China Academy of Telecommunication Research, Dell, Foxconn, Fujitsu, Huawei, IBM, Inspur, Lenovo, Microsoft, Oracle, VMware and ZTE.
CCCC, held May 18-20, is a platform for researchers and practitioners of cloud computing and big data from all sectors, including government, industry, academia, research and finance to share developing trends in technology and promote innovation and industrial development of Cloud Computing and Big Data.
